The Forged Foundation is an independent legal research
and advocacy organization dedicated to advancing forensic scholarship at
the intersection of trust law, securitization, and chain-of-title. We
produce rigorous, citation-ready research for courts, practitioners,
scholars, and the public.
Our work addresses structural questions that sit at the foundation
of property rights: Who holds enforceable title? What evidentiary
burdens must a foreclosing party meet? How do federal monetary
statutes interact with state enforcement frameworks? These are not
merely academic questions — they determine outcomes in courtrooms
across the country every day.
We maintain an open-access case law database, publish peer-reviewed
legal analyses, prepare amicus curiae briefs, and release public
forensic findings. The Foundation operates on the principle that
legal truth is established through evidence, not presumption —
and that access to rigorous legal research should not be gated
behind paywalls.
The Forged Foundation is an initiative of Forged in Trust, LLC,
a private commercial enterprise dedicated to trust instrument design,
forensic financial analysis, and legal product development.
